Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADCYAP1R1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADCYAP1R1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rab25, INPP4B, and PCNA. Each is linked with ADCYAP1R1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADCYAP1R1-to-partner and partner-to-ADCYAP1R1 results are reported.
