ADCYAP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADCYAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,229 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADCYAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SHISAL2B, CHGA, and TUBB4A. Each is linked with ADCYAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADCYAP1-to-partner and partner-to-ADCYAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADCYAP1 versus SHISAL2B in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADCYAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADCYAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
