ADCY8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADCY8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,177 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADCY8-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMM44, RPF1, and TPI1. Each is linked with ADCY8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADCY8-to-partner and partner-to-ADCY8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIMM44 grouped by ADCY8-low versus ADCY8-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADCY8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADCY8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
