Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADCY6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,216 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADCY6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of urine volume, Adenylate cyclase-inhibiting serotonin receptor signaling pathway, and Cilium-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with ADCY6 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADCY6-to-partner and partner-to-ADCY6 results are reported.
