Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADCY6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 28 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ADCY6 data layer compared with 9 for mutation status and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher ADCY6 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADCY6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and STAD show a favorable association.
CESC, UVM, and LIHC are the cancer types where ADCY6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
