Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADCY5 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ADCY5 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher ADCY5 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADCY5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PDAC, CCRCC, and GBM are the cancer types where ADCY5 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
