ADCY5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADCY5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,850 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADCY5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGEF17, TNS1, and KALRN. Each is linked with ADCY5 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADCY5-to-partner and partner-to-ADCY5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADCY5 versus ARHGEF17 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADCY5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADCY5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
