ADCY5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADCY5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,323 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADCY5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R12B, PURA, and CDCP1. Each is linked with ADCY5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADCY5-to-partner and partner-to-ADCY5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADCY5 versus PPP1R12B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADCY5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADCY5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
