Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADCY5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,509 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADCY5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBX7, AMY2B, and ATP10B. Each is linked with ADCY5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADCY5-to-partner and partner-to-ADCY5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADCY5 versus CBX7 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADCY5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADCY5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
