Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADCY5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 86 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADCY5-associated genes across cancer lineages are p90 RSK, Cyclin-E2, and MSH6. Each is linked with ADCY5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADCY5-to-partner and partner-to-ADCY5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p90 RSK grouped by ADCY5-low versus ADCY5-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADCY5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADCY5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
