ADCY5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADCY5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 920 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADCY5-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYG1, ZNF232, and PHF5A. Each is linked with ADCY5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADCY5-to-partner and partner-to-ADCY5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LYG1 grouped by ADCY5-low versus ADCY5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADCY5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADCY5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
