Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADCY3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ADCY3 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ADCY3 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADCY3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC and CCRCC show a favorable association.
LUAD, LSCC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where ADCY3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
