Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADCK5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ADCK5 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher ADCK5 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADCK5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD, COAD, and STAD are the cancer types where ADCK5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
