ADCK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADCK2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,487 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADCK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TDG, KIAA0319L, and CDK20. Each is linked with ADCK2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADCK2-to-partner and partner-to-ADCK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TDG grouped by ADCK2-low versus ADCK2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADCK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADCK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
