ADCK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADCK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,775 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADCK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOP2B, VSIR, and ZC3H14. Each is linked with ADCK1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADCK1-to-partner and partner-to-ADCK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADCK1 versus TOP2B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADCK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADCK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
