Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADCK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,510 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADCK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRPF38A, TMED8, and ALDH6A1. Each is linked with ADCK1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADCK1-to-partner and partner-to-ADCK1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADCK1 versus PRPF38A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADCK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADCK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
