ADCK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADCK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,151 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADCK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TERF1P6, RN7SKP47, and CDKN3. Each is linked with ADCK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADCK1-to-partner and partner-to-ADCK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TERF1P6 grouped by ADCK1-low versus ADCK1-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADCK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADCK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
