Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADCK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,334 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADCK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Copper ion export, Vesicle tethering, and Vacuole organization. Each is linked with ADCK1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADCK1-to-partner and partner-to-ADCK1 results are reported.
