ADAT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,704 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADAT1_S191, EDC4, and CIAPIN1. Each is linked with ADAT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAT1-to-partner and partner-to-ADAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAT1 versus ADAT1_S191 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
