ADARB2-AS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADARB2-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,656 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADARB2-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADARB2, DNMT3A, and TET1. Each is linked with ADARB2-AS1 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADARB2-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-ADARB2-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADARB2-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADARB2-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
