ADAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,226 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MISP, BCAS1, and BCAS1_S552. Each is linked with ADAP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAP1-to-partner and partner-to-ADAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAP1 versus MISP in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
