ADAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 152 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL241P, DDX19B, and NLRP4. Each is linked with ADAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAP1-to-partner and partner-to-ADAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL241P grouped by ADAP1-low versus ADAP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
