Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Th2 cells. Each is linked with ADAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAP1-to-partner and partner-to-ADAP1 results are reported.
