Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADAMTS9 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ADAMTS9 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ADAMTS9 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADAMTS9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and OV show a favorable association.

ACC, BRCA, and LUAD are the cancer types where ADAMTS9 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
