Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADAMTS9 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ADAMTS9 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 14 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ADAMTS9 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADAMTS9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and GBM are the cancer types where ADAMTS9 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
