Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS9-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,906 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS9-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT2, TLN2, and PPP1R12C. Each is linked with ADAMTS9-AS1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS9-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS9-AS1 results are reported.
