ADAMTS8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,869 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RGCC, HAS3, and ASPA. Each is linked with ADAMTS8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS8-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAMTS8 versus RGCC in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
