ADAMTS8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,578 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS8-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPM4P1, CORT, and MIR3908. Each is linked with ADAMTS8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS8-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TPM4P1 grouped by ADAMTS8-low versus ADAMTS8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
