ADAMTS8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS8-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, eEF2, and eIF4E. Each is linked with ADAMTS8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS8-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by ADAMTS8-low versus ADAMTS8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
