ADAMTS7P1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS7P1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 240 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS7P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF7, VCY1B, and RNU6-739P. Each is linked with ADAMTS7P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS7P1-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS7P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF7 grouped by ADAMTS7P1-low versus ADAMTS7P1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS7P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS7P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
