ADAMTS6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,486 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TIMP2, SULF1, and THBS2. Each is linked with ADAMTS6 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS6-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAMTS6 versus TIMP2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
