ADAMTS4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,476 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEDAG, GFPT2, and POSTN. Each is linked with ADAMTS4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS4-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAMTS4 versus MEDAG in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
