ADAMTS4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, beta-Catenin, and EGFR_pY1173. Each is linked with ADAMTS4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS4-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by ADAMTS4-low versus ADAMTS4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
