ADAMTS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Cyclin-B1, and Caveolin-1. Each is linked with ADAMTS3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS3-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by ADAMTS3-low versus ADAMTS3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
