Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAMTS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,308 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to nucleus, Electron transport chain, and Proton motive force-driven mitochondrial ATP synthesis. Each is linked with ADAMTS3 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS3-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS3 results are reported.
