ADAMTS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAMTS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,040 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR87, RAB3A, and TBC1D30. Each is linked with ADAMTS3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS3-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WDR87 grouped by ADAMTS3-low versus ADAMTS3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
