Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,757 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS20-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTM1, IGF2BP3, and IGF2BP3_S184. Each is linked with ADAMTS20 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS20-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS20 results are reported.
