ADAMTS20

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADAMTS20 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ADAMTS20 data layer compared with 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher ADAMTS20 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADAMTS20 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC and LGG show a favorable association.

SCLC, UVM, and ACC are the cancer types where ADAMTS20 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
