ADAMTS20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,682 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS20-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPAG5, HJURP, and KIF11. Each is linked with ADAMTS20 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS20-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPAG5 grouped by ADAMTS20-low versus ADAMTS20-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS20→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
