Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAMTS20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 487 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS20-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF155, DIRC1, and NEUROD4. Each is linked with ADAMTS20 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS20-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS20 results are reported.
