ADAMTS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,410 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THBS2, AEBP1, and CNN2. Each is linked with ADAMTS2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS2-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAMTS2 versus THBS2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
