ADAMTS2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,476 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBN1, PCOLCE, and COL1A1. Each is linked with ADAMTS2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS2-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAMTS2 versus FBN1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
