ADAMTS2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,172 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C1R, CCN2, and COL1A2. Each is linked with ADAMTS2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS2-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAMTS2 versus C1R in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
