Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAMTS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,328 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Collagen metabolic process, Negative regulation of endodermal cell differentiation, and Keratinocyte development. Each is linked with ADAMTS2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS2-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS2 results are reported.
