ADAMTS19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS19 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS19-associated genes across cancer lineages are Chk1_pS345, Chk2_pT68, and ASNS. Each is linked with ADAMTS19 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS19-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Chk1_pS345 grouped by ADAMTS19-low versus ADAMTS19-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS19→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
