ADAMTS17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,605 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UTRN, TMEM119, and SRP72. Each is linked with ADAMTS17 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS17-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAMTS17 versus UTRN in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS17→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
