ADAMTS17

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS17 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,093 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS17-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALNT16, SLCO4A1, and TCFL5. Each is linked with ADAMTS17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS17-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAMTS17 versus GALNT16 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS17→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
