ADAMTS17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS17 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 75 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS17-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, B-Raf, and GAPDH. Each is linked with ADAMTS17 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS17-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by ADAMTS17-low versus ADAMTS17-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS17→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
