Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAMTS17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,950 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Ribonucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process, and Positive regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Each is linked with ADAMTS17 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS17-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS17 results are reported.
