The most reproducible ADAMTS17-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf189, PNLDC1, and RESP18. Each is linked with ADAMTS17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS17-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS17 results are reported.
